what happens if i do not pay my credit card bill?
i am so pissed off at bank of america that i dont want to pay these bastards anymore. See i had a 7.9 apr they rose it to 19 percent now. i owe 10k and pay twice the min payment sometimes tripple. NOW my min payment rose to pay these sharks with less principle. F-them i tried to call the customer service for resulation on this and they blow sand. I just dont care anymore
Instead of crying in here and jeopardizing your credit and a potential law suit. Go to a bank maybe a credit union and get an installment loan to pay this sucker off and move on. Do not skip even one payment, your credit will go to the crapper and a 19 percent will be a good rate for you. I know you are frustrated as you should be, the best thing is to take your business else where. You are not married to this account get out of this. sorry to be blunt.
