Family’s Pet Accidentally Euthanized, Now Family Calling for Changes
A horrible mix-up has left a family in Hurricane in mourning. The Putnam County Animal shelter accidentally euthanized the family’s cat. The family was offered an apology and a gift certificate to replace him.
