I have a phone interview with bank of america call center?

I know that in my interview they are going to ask me some kind of question about how I would handle a problem at work with a customer or an upset customer but I have never really been sure how to answer Im not very good with questions like that any advice on how to answer questions like that? and other interview questions I may need help on? please help.

To work as a customer service call center, an executive must have some qualities like Good Communication skills & Be confident.
You have to answer depends upon the policy and guidelines.

The call center agent needs to provide information relevant to that product or service, as well as assisting them with any problems they may have, if the product or service starts to fail after the purchase.
