MARCH 9 •Cardiologist to speak at diabetic support group meeting John Winterton, MD, staff cardiologist at West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital, will be the featured speaker at the hospital’s diabetic support group meeting on March 9. Dr. Winterton will discuss the signs and symptoms of peripheral vascular disease, conventional treatment for blocked arteries, and newer, minimally invasive procedures.
