I am sure that any employee in the banking industry knows little secret. If a connection between this number and the state budget of the U.S. government or U.S. companies, city, or the financial strength of my city is like asking if there is a connection between clouds and rain. But is not it nice to know? It is as if they were taught personal financial management in public schools during the last 150 years ….
