I have a Bank of America Visa credit card with a 11.0% APR Master Card gives me a 9.99% contract with 0% promotional rate
And Macys 21.0% APR Could some plz explain this numbers and tell me which one is best for me?
Absolutely, positively the Mastercard. You can apparently transfer balances from the higher rate cards to MasterCard and their lower rate for no fee. Good deal.
Get it done, but pay it off. Use the savings in interest payments from the higher card(s) to pay down what you owe.
