What to do when you can no longer make 2 of your credit card payments..same bank keeps increasing min due?
My mother has a few credit cards and a great credit score. (788) but she has 2 bank of america cards that do have high charges on them. She has made every payment and has not charged on one for 15 months the other one is 6 months. but her payments keep increasing each month. Both payments are over 200.00 a month. One card she consolidated bills on 5 yrs ago($10,000). the other has her dental work ($3578.36) she is making the payment every month on time, but isnt able to afford the payments anymore what can she do? can she call them and give hardship? Please help
My mom works a fulltime job, and cares for my grandma after work. She does have other obligations in life, that she is responsible for. Nothing has changed financially for her other then the payments increasing. She is still making them, but is about to start putting her self in the hole.
