How to shut down Washington Mutual?
I recently read that a few years ago someone stole debit card numbers and passwords for Bank of America and Washington Mutual customers. Just last month one of my WAMU accounts was about $600 overdrawn with $90 in OD fees and $6.00 foreign ATM. They were out of the country Bucharest ATM charges but I think it was an inside bank job. Feb. 12 WAMU credited me and reversed the $600 fraudulent charges but not the $6.00 and only $60 of the $90 in OD fees. I have written the Board of Directors, the WAMU President Klipinger and made numerous calls where I am transfered into the “WAMU dead zone” department and on hold for hours but no live person answers. Now customer service’s Audrey Perkins writes that they will NOT put my account into the positive. The wheels of justice turn ever so slowly in an anarchistic society. Is there some licensing agency I can contact to get immediate results against WAMU like shut them down? [P.S. Close your WAMU accounts today!]
well you could try to sue them in small claims court!!!
