can i use a debit card exactly like a credit card?
i have a bank of america debit card… can i use that as a credit card to order things online? i have used my debit card as credit when purchasing from stores (not online shopping)

Absolutely. There really isn’t any difference. However, using it as a “credit” card will not allow you to exceed your available balance and will still be subject to overdraft fees. Just because you use it as a “credit” purchase you will not receive a bill and be able to pay it off at the due date, it will still be processed from your account within 1-2 days.
