Reimbursement of insurance available for victims of health fraud Georgians, who have purchased a health insurance plan of the American Trade Association, Inc. or its affiliates, have until Aug. 31 to claim a refund of premiums paid by the unauthorized insurer, according to Insurance Commissioner John Oxendine of Georgia.
