Is Texas basically a suburb of Mexico at this point?
I visited recently, and it sure seems that way. 40 Spanish channels on TV at the hotel, everyone speaking Spanish all the time, half the radio stations in Spanish, etc.
Anyway, I still haven’t decided where to take the bar exam after law school. If I improve my Spanish, can I do immigration law in Texas and make some serious bank?
I’m just worried that if I move to Texas, it’ll eventually become part of Mexico, and I’d need a passport to visit America or something.
I live in East Texas. It’s not quite as bad as Southern Texas, but still bad. Can’t walk to work without seeing the illegals on the corner of El Taqueria _____ (Fill in the blank) waiting for the trucks to come by.
