What’s the best way to get my cc co. to reinstate my credit line?
I have a Bank of America Visa credit card with a $22,000 credit line and owe $8,400. I requested a cash advance of $1,000 and was refused. Instead of giving me the cash advance, Bank of America decreased my credit line to $8,700 and said the reason was because of the economic crisis. I have always made my payments on time, pay more than the minimum balance, and recently made a payment of $2,000. I have no delinquencies and a credit score of 740 and see no valid reason for the decrease of credit. This change will affect my credit report and score negatively, what can i do. Please Help!!!

The days of unsecured free credit lines are over… and BOA is just but one of the casualties..
They are doing this to small businesses such as mine as well…
Your only recourse.. is to move the LOC to another bank that appreciates your business more..
