Where can I cash this check?
I recently got a check from my grandparents for my birthday. Their bank is PNC. I have an account for a bank in my hometown in Massachusetts however I live right now in Naragansett Rhode Island. I went to a few banks around here like Bank of America and a few others and none of them would cash the check. So where can I go to cash it? Anywhere in Providence? Thanks for the help

Basically i cant find my debit card so i canceled it and im waiting for a new one but in the meantime i was hoping to cash this check so i would have money

go to one of the banks that would not cash the check and open a checking account using this check as initial deposit — once the check is cleared close out the account!!!
