Bank of America overdraft me what can i do?
well i had 2,021.00 in my checking account and i transfer 2,000.00 to my savings account and somehow bank of America did the transfer twice so it tried to send 4,000.00 to my savings and it did let it go trough and when i checked on my accounts it said my checking was negative i refreshed the Paige and it wasn’t negative no more but now there telling me i might have to pay overdraft fees! what can i do?
Call them up and speak to someone in person (during normal business hours).
(remember to take their name and record the time of the call)
Tell them there appears to have been a mistake made and you want them to sort it out.
It sounds like a simple clerical error and there should be no problems.
(if you are feeling mad – tell them you want your money back for the phone call and your time. – they can only say no heheheh)
