Phillie Phanatic will march in W-B parade
WILKES-BARRE – Mayor Thomas M. Leighton has announced the grand marshals of the city’s 30th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade – Joe Pringle and members of the O’Hara family, including Maureen Lavelle, Jerry O’Hara, Jack O’Hara and Tom O’Hara.
