Best cash sweep account with Brokerage?
Currently I maintain account with Presidential, ING Direct, Ameritrade and Sharebuilder because
1. Presidential and ING DIrect pay more than 4% on savings and checking accounts.
2. Sharebuilder is best for automatic investments
3. Ameritrade, I opened for Starrewards points.
I would like to consolidate my account to one brokerage/bank that pays good return on checking/savings account and charges optimal for trading. Other benefits like low/no cost mutual funds, access to research like Morning star is plus.
I am considering Schwab, Fidelity and eTrade to consolidate all accounts.
I will like to get opinions on this approach.
i think edward jones could handle all of your needs and they will not require the 100K!!!
