What explains the relatively high growth rates in the U.S. despite the low level of domestic savings?

This is for my kind of macroeconomics. The complete question is: What explains the relatively high growth rates in the U.S. despite the low level of domestic savings? Use the savings and the relationship investment to explain your answer. And the link where we went to collect our information is: http://stlouisfed.org/publications/re/2005/c/pages/saving_crisis.html # Thanks for your help

Two things. First, the rapid investment in technology. Second, the savings rate is so low, though the personal savings have been on the skids of late, companies have inventments retirement and piled tons of money, all for a good home.
