ATMs and Self Service Power
Remember when you used to queue at the airport to check your bags with a travel agency? Now it is more likely to check your bags yourself to a self-service kiosk or ATM. As usual, pop in a Credit card, the system identifies who you are and controls to retrieve the database of your flight. Then confirm everything, or the key in some changes, such as an update to your seat. Or what about the store? Has had less than 15 articles and found yourself moving to the path of self-service? That is an ATM also.
Cashiers machines are everywhere
Automated Teller Machines (ATM) are as much part of the customer experience today as banking itself. ATMs were first made by Barclays in the UK in 1967. Soon he emigrated to America. Banks loved to save costs, because each machine replaces two tellers. No wonder then that such diverse sectors as travel and retail are using ATMs to cost savings and convenience to the consumer.

The four main challenges ahead are the following:

- Usability
- Security
- Meeting rules
What has shown that the ATM industry worldwide? Keep up machines 99% of the time. Make the touch pad screens easy. Giving aid options and return options. Equipment manufacturers are investing a significant amount of time with user tests and even automated testing using software to simulate the average, maybe below average, the biggest consumer of intelligence.
Furthermore, the effect iPod all means that people do not want to have to read a manual or help screen to do what they want. They just want it to be intuitive.
