Trying to get a business license as a minor etc… (California)?
Hi there and thanks for reading, …… Before answering the question .. Please know I live in Sacramento, California.
my question is:
1. As a minor Am I able to get a business license.(will my parents have to cosign… What’s the process.
2. Will I be able to open a Bank of America merchant account as a minor? (what will I need… The process of opening it?)
3. What tax forms will I need if I make more than the exempt amount of money.. (will my parents have to claim my earnings? … What’s the process)
4. Will I be able to have a home based business online and run it on my own or will my parents have to manage it?
5. Will i be able to keep my money that is made or will my parents have control?
