yahoo answers is not a market place to buy and sell.
it also isn’t a place to get game accounts. buying/selling/trading accounts is against rule number 6, and can lead to permenant banning on your IP. meaning you can no longer access runescape in general.
make a new account, and level it yourself. cheating gets you no where. except banished from the game.
