"I can pay U.S. loan card account with a money order from Canada in U.S. dollars?
I live in Canada and I paid in Canadian dollars to my bank account in Canada (Scotiabank). However, I have an American Express card (located in the U.S. and released by the Bank of America) from when I lived in the U.S.. My bank account in Canada will not let me make payments on those credit card directly from Canada. If I can get an order Canadian Payment (issued in U.S. dollars) and mail it to American Express, does anyone know if it is likely that my American Express card will accept it? Make major U.S. Credit cards usually accept foreign money orders for payment?
