Is it possible to pay for the Yahoo Website Builder even if we are in the UK. Why does Yahoo not have this option for people outside the UK….
If you can get XP Pro you can host a site on your own PC with IIS, I recommend bravenet for site development aids. you don’t need a card it will only cost you about 8 bucks a year for the domain reg. any questions email me.
