Special session ends with bills passed
Only two Mid-Missouri Republican lawmakers — Sen. Carl Vogel, Jefferson City, and Rep. Wayne Cooper, Camdenton — voted with the majority Tuesday to change the state’s major pension plan for incoming state employees.
