When will I get my money desposited from my retirement account “IRA”?
I recently withdrew my money from my bank’s IRA account and closed out that account. I wasn’t told that their would be a delay of any kind and its been 3 days since I did that but I still haven’t received the money.
If you really “withdrew” it (rather than rolling it over), then it will take 30 to 60 days to get it, probably, because the IRS will be taking about half of it in taxes and penalties first, and that causes a hold-up.

P.S. It’s too late now, but taking money out of an IRA before you are 59 1/2 years old is a bad, bad, bad idea. It’s like just flushing money down the toilet!
