Can an indian buy US Dollars from a certified bank in Indian?
I think I’m classified as a resident of india (was a non resident for 22 years but i’ve stayed in India for over 6 months now).
Can I buy USD from a certified bank such as ICICI or HDFC and put it in a savings account?
yes, why not. Those restriction have gone long back. RBI is now given full freedom to Banks. Good luck.
