"I can have savings, tax free?

Hi, Does anyone know if I have savings in a regular savings account without paying taxes? I do not claim benefits .. Full-time job. I'm not looking for advice on ISAs, etc, just want to know that the money I have in the bank must report or taxes .. Thanks in advance. Xx Thanks for your answers so far … seems that there's thresholds in the amounts, so if you can advise me again his £ 19,000 in the account ….

Unless you put money in an ISA then any interest you earn on a regular savings account will be taxed. you save up (I think) £ 5,100 in a fiscal year in an ISA but not have to put a lot of inches and can be removed if needed, although part of the amount lost interest you earn, which is usually paid monthly.
